Order Process

A Quotation takes maximum 12 hours upon receipt of your drawing or sample. Delivery date shall be advised according to our order evaluation in consideration with your order quantity, work complexity level when we quote price, normally it can be ranging from 7 - 14days (including kick-off molding and parts production).

A Aflaming specializes in customized manufacturing of silicone products, we accept order quantity as long as it is an order mutually confirmed with detailed requirement and price.

AIn order to facilitate communication, we use most of the common design software, such as CAD, Pro/E, Solidworks, etc. We can open and read without any problem if your drawings can be in the following format: dwg, dxf, pdf, jpg, stp, igs, png, gif, bmp, wmf, emf, svg, dwf, eps, sat, etc.

AAflaming applies a very strict quality management system and conduct 100% inspection before delivery, to ensure the product is fully in line with the requirements of the drawings. However, we will take full responsibility if there is any problem which is confirmed to be from Aflaming.

AYou are always welcome to visit us when you are free. Aflaming is located in Dongguan with very convenient transportation connection, about 1.5 hours from Guangzhou or Shenzhen airport, 2.5 hours from Hongkong by car. In case that you are blocked by Covid traveling restriction or too much busy to pay a visit on site, you can also opt to make an appointment with our sales representative for a video conference to tour our factory online.
